I remember when they played this on TV. Along with his other Wonders series. Beautiful.
Sir David Attenbourgh is the best for nature documentaries but Brian Cox is the best at explaining the relation of biology and physics and what things are in a no nonse manner
Space is relative to the amount of energy that is within it and if energy can neither be made nor destroyed that means the universe must be infinite
Heat energy due to friction isn't stored..It dissipates through loss of said heat🤷♂️
I've always enjoyed anything Brian Cox narrates - he gently guides us to new realms of beautiful nature! (and yes a special shout-out to Eric Idle!)
5 stars
already cannot wait for the next episode of this series! It was so stunningly beautiful ! TYSM for this!
And why are people not questioning that tackles babies. And lack of signatures of doctors.
What a beautiful presentation. Thank you .
Eric, the documentary is precious, as are you, you cutie! Life is too, very precious, as well as intensely mysterious and interesting and so very beautiful! Thank you for this video. I love it!
Unlistenable accent
Cant wait to visit Japan.
Japanese art has always attracted my attention with its unusual and oriental originality.
Wonderful series.i too, love everything Japanese. Thru your voice I feel as though I can be there .thank you
This documentary is work of art in itself, I don’t like the guy wearing a tie and a suit 😅
2:55 Genesis will help ya out.
Sega?! That was my favorite console. Which game do you recommend? Sonic, Sonic 2, Sonic and Knuckles??!!
@@TheRealTurkFebruarycome on now. Did you really think that up and go to the trouble of typing that out thinking it was clever or funny? 💩 Surely you can do better.
James Fox has synthesized my fascination for Japanese culture with uncanny exactitude.
Brian.. your the G.O.A.T.. Thankyou so much for showing us the way. Godspeed my friend. Ill s33 u in the stars
I spent a summer in Japan (Kobe and Kyoto), back in the late 90s. I was transformed on a very deep level from my two months there. By the end of the summer, I felt as if I had come "home" because that's how "connected" I felt to the Japanese culture. The country is beautiful on so many levels - the people, the architecture, the customer service, the cleanliness, and the respect for the elderly. By the time I left, I didn't want to leave. If anyone is considering visiting Japan, do. It's amazing! Beautiful video! Thanks so much for sharing!
It was israel
Just incredible! I'd never thought about naturally occurring batteries. They call it the spark of life after all. It makes so much sense. This man is amazing! Thank you to all those responsible for this great documentary! I, for one, appreciate it immensely!
I've seen dragonflies set up a highly organized, disciplined flight pattern to harvest an erupting ant colony. Amazing. Each took it's turn as a flying ant would launch about every 10 seconds, on most passes a given dragonfly wouldn't be timed right in the pattern to get it's ant so it would continue around for another turn, eventually every dragonfly would get fed while not a single ant escaped. There were maybe 50 dragonflies in the pattern, they didn't overwhelm it to the point it was meager feed for all. And they didn't much compete with eachother, just took their turns. (when ant send out flyers, to start new colonies I assume)
Right next to this video is a video called "Huge explosions seen in Gaza as Israel launches operation on Rafah" which makes your video seen absolutely goobsmackingly STUPID.
I learned so much ! Thank you ❤
Stunningly beautiful documentary ❤
Once again, knocked it out of the park
Brian........how do you find authority to comment on biological systems as well as theoretical physics ? Either way right on.
Instead of the whole length we got just the clip
It could be a show about poo, if its hosted by Brian Cox, im watchin it
Apparently he decided to go strait to the forest shrine after court...
James Blunt really reinvented himself 😊
If you had a tiny pair of tweezers that could take you apart atom by atom, you would one thing alive.
Thank you BBC and thank you Brian!
Wonderful video! I can’t wait to see more of this series.
Why did you put the Sussex traitors in this video ?!? There are many more Royals to choose from.
That she devil is NO duchess! Do you have to use that title-non-title? Ugh, simply revolting she has a title and uses it as a marketing tool to enhance her own bank accounts.
Awesome. Watching third time.
Hello
Philomena Cunk is way funnier than this guy..
Where is full version? Available in EU?
Great presenter!! And I never knew dragonflies started life as water creatures.!!
I wish every human being on Earth could watch this video...
You may help by sharing the video to everyone you know and strangers.
😅 Why?! About like watching paint dry🤷♂️
@@Life_42h 😢🎉😢😅 by❤ 59:48 Bright young man

@@Life_42 Asking a question and voicing an opinion is somehow antisocial behavior?! Ignorance is bliss no?!
Western leaders: "why Russia is behaving this way?" Also western leaders: **completely disregarding vital interests of big nation, breaking agreements (as they clearly said about Libya and Minsk), refusing to make just a single step behind while protecting their expansive interests** 🤷🏻♂️
Love Brian Cox but he's got it backwards. This bag of stuff emerges from within what I am.
Oh, you mean, god is,,, us! Yes, correct, and we are some of the first ones, to make it, to barely above knuckle dragger. Most will not make it to chimpanzee, some will make it to gorilla, and orangutan, only a very very few, have ever, ever, truly made, a completely developed, step above, developing the full 25 watts, and have the correct goodness, fairness, conscience, and respect for all the lving things, and the ancestral history, the sacrufices made by the animal mind, your animal mind, the subconnsciouss mind, the sacrifices to get you to the point, you are. Every human being issss, the most advanced, most powerful, most intelligent human being that has ever existed. You, you are just, the first. The begining. You just cannot accept, that, it, issss, you!
Wonderful
Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch But don't ask me to say it. Cheers from Toronto Canada 🇨🇦!
outstanding. great job
Tiresome hand-waving, little new. Brian, you can do better than this.
This is wonderful! Why do you R wingers never stop your b*tching?
Actually this was a really wonderful show. And very informative. I loved it, and so did many others!
"Hand waving" 😂🤦♂️
Who is the script writers?
Dr Cox certainly plays a very big part in it, and probably wrote it all. It's probably an adaptation from parts of his books. The credits will say for sure.
